摘要
对 Cu O-Al体系进行热力学和动力学分析的基础上 ,采用将 Cu O和 Al粉末压块的方法加入到真空条件的 Cu液中使其发生化学反应 ,生成 Al2 O3增强颗粒而获得复合材料。对复合材料进行了扫描电镜观察及 X射线衍射分析 ,并测试了 Al2 O3含量对复合材料电导率的影响。结果表明 ,内氧化法是制备 Al2 O3/ Cu复合材料较理想的方法 ;Al2 O3/ Cu复合材料用于高强度高导电领域时 Al2 O3含量应小于 1 .85 wt%
In this paper, the reaction behaviour of CuO and Al was analyzed with chemical thermodynamics and dynamics methods, vacuum internal oxidation technique was used to prepare α Al 2O 3/Cu composite. Scanning electron microscope and X ray diffractometer were applied to examine microstructure and analyze phase of composite. The conductance of composite was tested. The result shows that the internal oxidation is a perfect method preparing Al 2O 3/Cu composite. Al 2O 3 content in composite is less than 1.85wt% in high strength and conductivity field.
