摘要
采用SPS法制备了Al2O3/Cu复合材料,研究了SPS烧结温度对该复合材料力学性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明:SPS法制备的Al2O3/Cu复合材料致密度、硬度和导电率均高于冷压烧结试样,其中800℃时烧结得到的该复合材料综合性能最好。
Al2O3/Cu composite was prepared with SPS sintering system.The effect of SPS sintering temperature on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the composite was studied.The experimental results show that:the density,hardness and conductivity of the composite prepared by SPS is much higher than the sample prepared by cold pressing sintering.The performance of the composite is best at 800 ℃.
