基于小波重构的钻头磨损切削力特征提取 被引量:2

Extraction of the Cutting Force Feature of Drill Wear in Drilling Based on Wavelet Reconstruction

摘要 采用小波分析对钻头不同磨损状态的切削力信号进行分解与重构处理 ,获得了切削力信号在不同频段的时域变化特征 ,并分析了各个频段重构信号的方差随钻头磨损的变化规律。实验结果表明 ,采用小波分析技术可有效地实现钻头磨损特征信息提取 。 In this paper,the cutting force signals in different drill wear conditions are decomposed and reconstructed using wavelet transform; and the changing characteristics of cutting force signals of time domains in different frequency bands are obtained. The changing rules of the variance of the reconstructed signals with an increase in drill wears are analyzed. The experimental results indicate that the feature information of drill wears can be extracted effectively using wavelet transform technique;and the extracted signal features are very sensitive to the changes of drill conditions.
