摘要
目的 综述总人口在变化的流行病模型研究进展 .方法 检索分析国内外相关资料 .结果 重点介绍在移民或出生以及死亡率不相等的情况下给出决定疾病绝灭或形成地方病、种群规模是绝灭、保持有限或无穷的阈值 ,在总人口变化且满足修正的 logistic方程的情况下也给出了相应的阈值 .
Aim To summarize the epidemiological models for populations of varying size. Methods The interrelated data home and abroad were searched and analyzed. Results When population dynamics are immigration or deaths and unbalanced births and deaths proportional to the population size, thresholds are found which determine whether the disease dies out or remains and whether the population declines in size, remains finite or grows exponentially. When the population dynamics are a modificatory Logistic differential equation, thresholds are also found. Conclusion Some researchful methods in this field are proposed.
