摘要
应用SIMPLER算法对 186kA大型预焙阳极铝电解槽的流场进行了计算。由计算结果可以看出 ,186kA大型预焙阳极铝电解槽的流场分布较为均匀 ,且流速较小 ,这将对铝电解生产的稳定操作。
SIMPLER calculation method was used to calculate the flow field in a 186 kA large prebaked anode aluminum reduction cell. From the calculated results, it can be found that the flow field in the 186 kA aluminum reduction cell is even and the flow speed is slow. The even flow field and slow speed have a good effect on steady operation, life of the cell and the current efficiency.
