摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立了包含工字钢部分在内的铝电解槽几何模型。针对沈阳铝镁设计研究院设计的300 kA铝电解槽,进行了三维电热场耦合分析。在本文中,就其中的各部分的电位分布做了细致的分析,为研究铝电解槽节能、采用新材质分析提供了准确高效的方法。
Aluminum electrolysis cell including I - shaped steel is built by the software ANSYS, and 3D thermo - electric field analysis for the 300 kA aluminum electrolysis cell designed by Shen Yang Aluminum & Magnesium Academe. In this theme, the potential of every part which is electric is analysed clearly, and providing a exact and high efficiency method for studying saving energy and using new material of aluminum electrolysis cell.
