单工序少无毛边锻造过程预制坯形状优化设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对单工序锻造在终锻之前一般都需要以镦粗进行预制坯的实际情况 ,通过刚粘塑性有限元法 ,以实际锻件超出预定直线部分的体积为目标函数 ,以镦粗的压下量为优化设计变量 ,采用黄金分割法对其预制坯工艺优化设计进行了研究。并对一轴对称锻件的镦粗压下量进行了优化设计 。 In forging processes, upsetting is often used as preforming process before the final forging process in the real production. Under this condition, the choice of the reduction of the upsetting can affect the final forging's shape and its quality. In this paper, a research work for optimizing the reduction of upsetting of 2 dimensional forging is carried out using finite element method. The reduction of upsetting is taken as the optimization design variables. The volume of the part that is exceeded out the desired boundary line is taken as the objective function. As there is only one optimal design variable—the reduction of the upsetting, the golden section method is used as the optimization algorithm. As an example, the reduction of upsetting of an H shaped axisymmetric forging is optimized and satisfactory result is obtained.
