摘要
建立了筒形件错距旋压三维弹塑性有限元模型 ,实现了错距旋压工艺的三维有限元数值模拟 ,模拟结果和试验结果吻合良好。本研究对优化旋压工艺参数 。
The 3D FEM model of tube stagger spinning is founded, and the 3D FEM simulation of tube stagger spinning is also achieved. The simulation results are very close to the experiment results. The method is significant to optimize technology parameter, avoid defects and reduce the cost.
