摘要
针对筒形件错距旋压工艺中影响旋压件质量的参数的多样性和复杂性,以及参数的匹配至今多依赖于工程技术人员的经验与实验,将专家系统技术和优化设计方法结合起来应用于错距旋压参数选择专家系统演示原型(KBSPIN系统);并用材料为30CrMnSiA的筒形件为实验零件进行了验证。结果表明,该系统可以初步完成工艺参数的选择任务。
In accordance with the various and complex process parameters affecting the workpiece's qualities in stepped spinning, and the fact that selecting them is still dependent on the experience and know how of engineers and technicians, the feasibility of applying expert system and optimum design method in the fields of stepped spinning of cylinder was explored, and an expert system demonstrating prototype( KBSPIN system) for selecting the process parameters of stepped spinning of cylinder was developed. In the end, a test using cylinder of 30CrMnSiA was conducted on this system. The runing results indicate that this system can complete the task of selecting the process parameters.
