摘要
科学技术对经济和社会发展的卓越贡献是毋庸置疑的，但是，对科学技术的研究常被忽略，这尤其见诸社会学领域。另一方面，科学技术的负面影响更易被低估或误释。从社会学论科学技术的负面影响，遂有不容忽视的理论价值和实践意义。本文回顾半个世纪国内外有关历程后指出：１ 、在性质上，对科学技术的负面影响的审视，实属科技革命的重要组成部分；２ 、在机制上，科学技术的负面影响主要来自不当的社会运用；３ 、在成因上。
There is no doubt that science and technology have made outstanding constributions to economic and social development. But the study of science and technology is often neglected and their negative effects are underestimated and misunderstood more easily. After reviewing the relevant studies in China and abroad in the recent 50 years, this paper points out that: 1) The survey of the negative effects of science and technology, in fact, is a necessary part of the scientific and technological revolution; 2) The negative effects of science and technology are related to their impertinent use in society ; and, 3) in the final analysis, the negative effects of science and technology are caused by the defect and bias of social values.
