摘要
以氯乙酸和硫氢化钠为原料,常压合成了巯基乙酸。考察了物料配比、反应物初始浓度、反应温度及萃取剂等因素对反应过程的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件。
The mercaptoacetic acid was synthesized under atmospheric pressure using chloroacetic acid and sodium hydrosulfide as raw materials. The influential factors such as the ratio and initial concentration of reactants, reaction temperature as well as extractant used were investigated, and the appropriate processing condition were determind.
