巯基乙酸的合成

摘要 以硫氢化钠作巯基化剂,取代氯乙酸中的氯来合成巯基乙酸。实验确定NaHS溶液浓度为15%左右,加完氯乙酸后反应时间控制在2.5h以内;加料完毕,应向反应液中鼓人H_2S气体。产品含量高于96%,反应产率约为92%。该方法工艺简单、成本低、原料易得。建议国内开发该工艺路线。 Mercaptoacetic acid is synthesized, using sodium sulfhydrate as sulfhydryl agent which is substituted for chlorine in chloroacetic acid.It is determined experimentally that concentration of NaHS is about 15%,reaction time is controlled within 2.5 h after chloroacetic acid had been added;after the enrich ended, H_2S gas is blasted into reaction liquid.Content of the product is above 96%,reaction yield is about 92%, The process is very simple,of low cost and its raw materials are given easily,It is suggested that the process be developed at home.
