摘要
目的 观察对照组与实验组家兔血小板细胞膜参数变化。方法 采用荧光偏振法 ,测定家兔血小板细胞膜荧光偏振度P、微粘度 η、膜流动性LFU。探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病、心绞痛作用机理。结果 实验组家兔血小板细胞膜流动性LFU明显增加 ,微粘度 η明显降低 ,对照组与实验组存在高度显著性差异 (p <0 .0 1)。 结论 复方丹参滴丸可明显增加家兔血小板细胞膜流动性 ,降低微粘度 η。
AIM AND METHODS In this research we adapted the fluorecet polarization method for determining micro viscosity(η),fluorecet polarization (P) and observed membrane fluidity (FLU) between control group and test group.We studied the effects of DPS to cure coronary heart disease and angina.RESULTS It was shown that FLU increased obviously and η decreased visibly in the test group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION DSP can increase FLU and decrease η during treatment coronary heat disease and angina.
