大鼠黑质Ⅰ型神经元与苍白球联系途径的分析

摘要 实验采用细胞外记录方法,分别研究了黑质(SN)Ⅰ型神经元对刺激苍白球(GP)内侧部及外侧部的反应特点。共记录了96个Ⅰ型神经元,刺激GP的内侧部,57(59.38%)个神经元呈顺向抑制。刺激GP的外侧部,86(89.58%)个神经元被顺向抑制;2个(2.08%)被逆向激活。被逆向激活的神经元产生的诱发电位潜伏期恒定且短(分别是8.0和8.5ms)。被顺向抑制的神经元中,有的产生抑制—兴奋交替出现的振荡反应。本文讨论了GP与Ⅰ型神经元及SNⅠ型神经元与GP联系的途径。 The responses of type I neurons of subestantia nigra (SN) to medial and lateral globus pallidus (GP) stimulation were studied in rats by extracellular recordings of single unit. 96 type Ⅰ neurons were recorded. 57 neurons (59.38%) were orthodromically inhibited by medial GP stimulation. 86 neurons (89.58%) were orthodromically inhibited and 2 neurons (2. 08 %) were antidromically activated by lateral GP stimulation. These activated neurons had a constant short latency (8 ms and 8.5 ms). The oscillation with inhibitory and excitatory responses occurred in these inhibited neurons. The pathways connecting GP and type Ⅰ neurons in SN were discussed. The connection between type Ⅰ neurons and GP was also discussed in this paper.
