大鼠束旁核与黑质Ⅱ型神经元联系途径的分析

摘要 实验用细胞外记录方法探讨黑质(SN)Ⅱ型神经元对刺激束旁核(Pf)的反应特点。共记录了42个Ⅱ型神经元。刺激Pf时可使29个(69.05%)Ⅱ型神经元抑制,9个(21.43%)被顺行激活。被激活的神经元抑制的潜伏期较长,被激活的神经元中有5个发生兴奋的潜伏期较短(均值为5.2ms),且对单刺激产生1~3次诱发放电,本文讨论了Pf与SNⅡ型神经元的联系途径。 The responses of type Ⅱ neurons of substantia nigra (SN) to parafascicular nucleus (Pf)stimulation were investigated in the rat by extracellular recordings of single unit, 42 typeⅡneurons, wererecorded. 29 neurons (69.05%) were orthodromically inhibited and 9 neurons (21.43%) were orthodromically activated by P_f stimulation. The inhibited neurons showed a long latemcy following stimulation of Pf. 5 of all 9 activated neurons had a short excitatory latency (mean 5.2 ms) and could produce 1 to 3 discharges induced by a single pulse stimulation of Pf. The pathways connecting Pf anti type Ⅱ neurons in SN were discussed.
