摘要
海外投资股权模式的选择一直是国际投资领域所热烈探讨的问题。其理论解释主要有内部化理论、策略行为理论以及谈判力量理论。本文基于上述各理论,并结合我国境外投资的现状及其特点,从投资规模,产业特性,技术的隐含性及潜藏性,政策限制以及投资策略五方面对影响我国境外投资股权模式进行了初步探讨。
The selection of ownership mode is always a popular issue in the field of th e foreign investment.There are thre e main theories such as internalization theory,str ategic behavior theory and bargaini ng power theory.Based on these theories and the characteristics of Chi-nese foreign investment,the article introduces many influencing facto rs including investment scale,indu strial characteristics,implicit or embeddedness of technology,restricitive policy and investment strate gy and gives a discussion on ownershi p mode of Chinese firms ' foreign investment.
