摘要
近年来我国企业对外直接投资大幅增长,政府“走出去”战略政策初显成效。但是,我国对外直接投资管理体制存在着多头审批、“战略性政策负担”、法律制度不完善等问题,制约着我国企业国际化与对外直接投资进程。改革审批制度、转换政府角色、完善法律体系等是加快我国对外直接投资管理体制改革的主要措施。
In recent years, the foreign direct investment （FDI） of Chinese enterprises increases significandy, and the government＇s strategic ＂walking out＂ policy begins to show the result. However, the government＇ s policy exists overlapping examination and approval, ＂strategic policy burden＂ , the law system imperfect ,and so on. Therefore, tiffs article puts forward the reform of examination and approval system, the conversion of government＇ s role, and the perfect law system.
