猫颈部食管的感觉神经支配—HRP法

摘要 HRP注入左侧颈食管壁后,注射侧的结状节和C_(1-8)、T_(1-5)脊神经节出现标记细胞,以结状节内的标记细胞最多,占标记细胞总数的72%,而脊神经节内标记细胞数占28%,二者之比为2.6∶1,表明颈部食管感觉传入途径以迷走神经占绝对优势。结状节和脊神经节中的标记细胞均以小细胞(<35μm)居多,分别占标记细胞总数的84.23%、70.04%,细胞形状多为椭圆形、圆形。 HRP was injected into the left wall of the cervical portion of the oesophagus in cats. The HRP—labelled cells were found in the nodose ganglion and the spinal ganglia from C_1 to T_5 (mainly C_6.T_2). The labelled cells in the nodose ganglion and those in the spinal ganglia accouted for 72% and 28% respectively (2.6: 1). This showed that the afferent fibres innervating cervical oesophagus were predominantly transmitted via the vagus nerve. The small cells were much more than the middle and large ones and the labelled cells in the nodose ganglion and the spinal ganglia were oval or circular.
