摘要
在安徽省家鸡体内发现两个寄生蠕虫新种:小肠内的小型漏带绦虫(Choanotaenia parvus. sp. nov)和盲肠内的合肥异剌线虫(Heterakis hefeiensis sp. nov.)。本文就这两个新种的形态等特征进行了描述,并将其与各自的相关种作了比较。
In 1988, 2 new species of parasitic helminths from chicken.(Gallus gallus domesticus) were discovered by the authors in Anhui Province. The type specimens of them are deposited in the Parasitology Laboratory, Departmont of Animal and Veterinary Science, Anhui Agricultural College. Their specific characters are given as below:
(1) Choanotaenia parvus sp. nov.
This species occurs in the small intestine of chickens. Its body is white and small, consisting of 10—14 proglottids and measuring 0.80—1.18(average 0.96) mm in length and 0.11—0.17 (average 0.12)mm in width. The scolex is nearly globular and 0.10—0.15 (avcragc 0.11)mm in diameter, with 1 retractable rostellum and 4 elliptic suckers. The former is armcd with a crown of 8-12 rose-thorn-shaped hooks, and the latter takes most part of the scolex, measuring 0.063—0.175 (average 0.083) mm long. The maturc proglottid is ladder-shapcd and contains 8—14 testcs behind the female reproductive organs locating at its centre, cirrus-sac like a curved aubergine striding across the excretory canal, and genital pores alternating irregularly at its anterior margin (plate and Figs. 1).
(2) Heterakis hefeiensis sp. nov
This species occurs in the caeca of chickens. Its body is small and slender with a milky colour, the males being 7.663—8.100 (mean 7.860 )mm long by 0. 205—0. 238 (mean 0.220) mm wide, and the females 9. 200—9.545 (mean 9. 373)mm by 0. 375—0395 (mean 0. 385) mm. The cuticle has circular annulations. The mouths are extremely anterior and surrounded by 3 lips The oesophagus has a cylindrical anterior part and a buldous posterior part, measuring 0.600—0.670(mean 0.650)mm by 0.115—0.137 (mean 0.130)mm in males. The tail of the male is provided with large alae, a prominent, circular, precloacal sucker and 11 pairs of papillae. The distance between the sucker and the cloaca is 0.090—0.120 (mean 0.103) mm, the former being 0. 055-0. 065(mean0. 062)mm in diameter. Of these papillae, 2 are at the two sides of the precloacal sucker, 6 are around the cloaca and 3 are posterior to it. The 2 spicules are unequal, the right being slender and 0. 388—0. 448 (mean 0.412) mm long, while the left measuring 0.263—0.310 (mean 0.287)mm and having a broad alae and a small hook at its tip. The distance of the starting points of them is 0.203—0.244 (mean 0.212) mm. The vulva opens directly behind the middle of the female body. The anterior part and the tail of the male are shown in Fig. 2.
