摘要
本文报道了安徽省270头山羊的调查结果,粪检发现,有81.48%的粪样含有球虫卵囊,经鉴定有11种艾美尔球虫,即阿氏艾美尔球虫(Eimeriaarloingi)、小型艾美尔球虫(E.parva)、雅氏艾美尔球虫E.ninakohlyakimovae)、颗粒艾美尔球虫(e.granulosa)、阿撒他艾美尔球虫(E.ahsata)、浮氏艾美尔球虫(E.faurei)、克氏艾美尔球虫(E.christenseni)、山羊艾美尔球虫(E.caprina)、苍白艾美尔球虫(E.pallida)、槌状艾美尔球虫(E.crandallis)和错乱艾美尔球虫(E.intricata)。并对其形态进行了描述。此外,有74.45%的山羊为混合感染(2~9种),49.63%的山羊感染强度较大(每lg粪便卵囊数超过1.00×103个)。
A total number of 270 faecal samples of goats in Anhui province were examined. The posi-tive rate of coccidial infections was found to be 81.48%,and 11 specjes of the genus Eimeriawere identified, including E. arloingi, E. parva, E. ninakoklyakimovae, e. granulosa, E. ahsata, E.fauei, e. christenseni, E. caprina, e. pallida, E. crandallis and E. intricata. Their shape and structurewere described in the present paper. In addition, it was also found that there were 74.45%goatsinfected by more than one species (i.e. 2-9 species) of coccidia, and that the infection intensity of49.63% goats was very heavy(over 1.00×103 oocysts per gramme of faeces).
