摘要
研究与运用一氧化二氮 乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法进行镉镍电池正极浸渍液中硅含量的测定。介绍了硅的最佳测定条件及呈良好线性范围的浓度 ,并对试样的样品消化处理条件、样品在测定中的干扰因素进行了综合考虑。该方法灵敏度高 ,干扰小 ,选择性和重现性好。同时具有方法步骤简单、操作容易掌握、分析周期短等优点。硅的测定方法相对标准偏差小于 1.0 % (n =8) ;标准加入回收率均在 97.0 %~ 10 3 .0 % (n =5 )范围内。结果表明 :运用一氧化二氮 乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法进行镉镍电池正极浸渍液中硅含量的测定 ,完全适用于实验室质量控制的要求。同时提供了一种非常实用的仪器分析方法。
The application of nitrous oxide-ethyne flamic absorbing spectral method to measure the content of Si in positive impregnating solution of Ni-Cd batteries was studied. The optimum measuring condition for Si and potency in which a fine liner range presents and makes a synthetic consideration to interference factors were introduced. The method had the advantages of high sensitivity, less interference and good in selectivity and reappearance. And this method was proved to be simple operation, easy master, short analyzing cycle. The relative standard deviation was less than 1.0% (n=8), in eight sample measures, and the standard adding recovery was in the range of 97.0%~103.0% (n=5). The results show that the method is suited to measure the Si content in positive impregnating solution of Ni-Cd battery. The proposed method is proved to be an useful instrument analytical technique in nitrous oxide-ethyne flamic absorbing spectral method.
