摘要
建立了运用AIR-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法连续进行热电池材料用松解石棉纸铜、铁含量的测试技术,介绍了铜、铁最佳测定条件及呈良好线性范围的浓度。同时,对样品消化处理条件及在测定样品过程中的干扰因素进行了综合考虑。方法具有操作简便、时间快速、灵敏度高、重现性好、容易掌握等特点。其相对标准偏差均小于1.0%,标准加入回收率均在97.0%~98.3%,适用于热电池材料用松解石棉纸铜、铁含量的生产现场控制分析和样品系统分析。达到了实验室分析测试技术与质量的控制要求。
The measurement of copper and iron content in asbestos paper of loose solution to material of the hot battery was studied. The air-acetylene flame atomic-absorption spectroscopy was established. Copper and iron optimal testing condition and good linearity wide consistence were introduced. Sample digested process condition and measuring conditions and factors were synthetically considered. The method possesses many advantages such as high sensitivity and accuracy, less interference and good repeatability and selectivity. The deviation RSD〈1.0% comparing to standard value. The standard adding recovery is in the range of 97.0%-98,3%. The use of the method is suited to the control of the measurement of copper, iron content in asbestos paper of loose solution to material of the hot battery. And the analysis for sample system has obtained good effect in practice.
