摘要
微生物合成的聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)是一类具有良好可降解性和生物相容性的高分子材料,其性能随分子结构变化可以大幅度调节,为高分子材料设计提供了新方法。从分子结构的设计角度简述了PHAs的微生物合成,从菌种、培养条件(主要是碳源等)、代谢控物和基因重组4个层次,展示了PHA分子结构的调控方法。
Microbially synthesized polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHAs) are a family of polymers with good biodegradability and biocompatibility. Their mechanical performance varies with the molecular structure, which provides a new view for tailoring design of polymer material. From the viewpoint of manipulation of molecular structure, the developments in microbial synthesis of PHAs are briefly described in addition to our research work. The molecular structure of PHAs can be easily manipulated via different microbial strains, carbon sources, metabolic inhibitors and recombinant strains.
