高表观密度硬脂酸稀土的合成工艺 被引量:7

摘要 将化学计量比的硬脂酸、氯化稀土溶液、部分烧碱(NaOH)溶液和适量水加热,然后慢慢加入余量的烧碱溶液,可合成得到色泽和纯度与传统复分解法工艺产品完全相同、而表观密度大大提高的硬脂酸稀土产品。与复分解法工艺相比,新工艺还显著提高了生产效率、降低了能耗和水耗。 Rare earth stearate products which have the same color, luster and purity and , much higher apparent density compared with those obtained by the traditional processing of double decomposition method were synthesized. The synthesis includes heating stearic acid of stoichiometric ratio, rare earth chloride solution, some caustic soda solution and just the right amount water and then the rest of caustic soda solution were added slowly. Compared with the processing of double decomposition method the productivity was raised and the consumption of energy and water were reduced greatly.
