三元互穿聚合物网络弹性体的合成与性能 被引量:9

SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTY OF PU/EP/PPGDA/TERNARY INTERPENETRATING NETWORK ELASTOMER

摘要 合成了以聚氨酯 (PU)为第一网络的三元IPN聚氨酯 /环氧树脂 /聚丙二醇二丙烯酸酯 (IPNPU/EP/PPGDA)互穿聚合物网络。分析了IPN的力学性能和萃取特性 ,结果表明 ,三元IPN的组成对力学性能和萃取特性有明显影响。该种弹性体具有优异的耐溶剂性 ,乙酸乙酯连续热萃取率仅为 5 %~ 11%。综合性能优异的三元IPN弹性体组成为m(PU) /m(EP) /m(PPGDA) =70 /2 5 /5 ,其机械性能为 :Ts=34 7MPa ,E =437% ,回弹性R =37% Ternary interpenetrating network polymer of polyurethane/epoxy/poly(propylene glycol)diacrylate(PU/EP/PPGDA IPN)was synthesized and a kind of excellent IPN elastomer was obtained.Mechanical property and extractive performance of IPN depended upon its composition.Extraction test demonstrated that PU/EP/PPGDA IPN had obvious solvent resistance and the extraction rate was only from 5% to 10% when it was hot-extracted by ethyl acetate for 10 days.For IPN with a certain composition,i.e m (PU)/ m (EP)/ m (PPGDA)was 70/25/5,the property was excellent and T S, E and R was 34 7MPa,437% and 37% respectively.
