摘要
研究了三元 IPN PU/EP/PBA的形态结构及其影响因素。研究表明 ,在一定合成条件下 ,IPN在形态上具有单一均相结构。同时网络交联密度、组分比例、PU的预聚体结构等因素对其形态有重要影响。在此基础上 ,分析建立了组成 -形态 -性能关系 ,并引入后凝胶时间概念对三元 IPN中全 IPN与半 IPN的形态差异作出解释。
The morphologies of three component IPN and its influence factors were studied. The research shows that under certain condition, the IPN have morphological uniform structure. At the same time, some factors such as the crosslink density of network, component ratio and prepolymer structure can influence its morphology. Based on this point, the composition morphology mechanical properties relationship was analyzed. It shows that the excellent mechanical properties can been obtained through changing composition to get the most uniform morphology. In order to explain the morphology difference between three component IPN and semi IPN, the concept of post gelating time was introduced.
