摘要
基于Al3+、SiO2 对湿法磷酸中氟硅酸钾 (钠 )反应机理的影响 ,提出采用添加铝化合物、活性硅及硅藻土减少氟硅酸钾 (钠 )结垢的方案 ,并进行了相应的实验室研究和工业应用试验。结果表明 ,铝化合物可保持氟硅酸钾 (钠 )在过滤系统中稳定而不易析出 ,活性硅及硅藻土可促使其在萃取过程中提前析出 ,从而减少在过滤系统的析出量 ,均有较好的阻垢效果 ,且操作简单 ,对过滤强度。
On the basis of the effect of Al 3+ and SiO 2 on the reaction mechanism of potassium(sodium) fluorosilicate in wet process phosphoric acid, a plan is proposed for the decrease in potassium(sodium) fluorosilicate scaling by the addition of aluminum compounds, reactive silicon and kieselguhr, and relevant laboratory study and industrial application tests are carried out. The results show that aluminum compounds will keep potassium(sodium) fluorosilicate stable in the filtration system without separating out, while reactive silicon and kieselguhr will cause it to separate out in advance in the digestion tank, so as to reduce the amount separated out in the filtration system, hence, they all give good scale prevention results. The operation is simple, without any unfavorable effect on filtration intensity and phosphorus yield.
