摘要
鉴于湿法磷酸生产过滤系统中氟硅酸钾 (钠 )垢的形成机理与工业冷却水循环系统中碳酸钙、硫酸钙垢相近 ,研究采用冷却水处理中的阻垢分散剂来减少其结垢。结果表明 ,将聚羧酸 (盐 )和有机膦酸复配后使用 ,可提高阻垢性能 ,所选取效果较佳的 6种在其最佳用量下 ,对湿法磷酸过滤系统中氟硅酸钾 (钠 )的阻垢率可达 5 0 %~ 6 0 % ,甚至更高 ,且对过滤强度、磷得率没有不利影响 ,有应用价值 。
Considering that the scale of potassium/sodium fluorosilicate in the filtration system of the wet process phosphoric acid production has the similar formation mechanism as that of calcium carbonate/sulphate in the circulating system of industrial cooling water,the anti scale disperser for treatment of cooling water is used in the research to reduce scaling of potassium/sodium fluorosilicate.The research result shows that using the mixture of polyhydroxy acid/salt and organic phospho acid can improve the anti scale performance.At their optimum amounts,six types of disperser selected with good effects can have an anti scaling ratio of 50%~60% or even higher for potassium/sodium fluorosilicate in the filtration system for the wet process phosphoric acid.The anti scale disperser has no adverse impact on the filtration load or phosphorus recovery ratio.So,wide use of the anti scale disperser is recommended.
