摘要
在无水的条件下 ,以有机物为溶剂 ,从银盐和溴化物出发制备银纳米微粉 ,避免银纳米粒子干燥过程中易长大的倾向。实验研究了制备过程中的适宜条件并对产品进行了表征。适宜条件为 30℃ ,2 8.2 6lx,2min ,λ <34 0nm ,n(AgNO3 )∶n(KBr) =2∶1,硫酸对甲胺基苯酚用量为 0 5g/L ,对苯二酚用量为 5g/L。银产品粒径为 3~ 30nm。
Silver nano-powder was produced by salt of silver and bromide in anhydrous organic solvent. This method can reduce the tendency for silver nano-particle to grow during drying. The optimal condition of the preparation process was studied experimentally and the characterization of products was presented. The optimal conditions were 30°C, 28.26 1x, 2 min, λ less than or equal 340nm, n(AgNO3):n(KBr) = 2:1, dosage of metol 0.5 g/L and dosage of hydroquinone 5 g/L. Diameter of the silver product was 3-30 nm.
