摘要
本文采用 40头中国瘦肉型猪 D 系阉公猪 ,按其日龄和体重分成 2个重复 ,在其基础日粮中按 1%添加甘草浸膏副产品复方添加剂进行为期 6 0 d的饲养试验 ,并观察其对肥育的效果及其肌肉游离氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明 :1日增重可提高 2 3.32 %～ 2 3.5 9% ,料肉比降低 10 .74%～ 10 .90 % ;2可明显增加猪肌肉中游离氨基酸的含量 ,同时发现猪半腱肌的游离氨基酸含量明显高于其背最长肌。
hoges of China ectomorph DⅥ were investigated,divided into two repeats accrrding to day and weight.Feeding experiment of 60days were made with 40hoges given basic diets containing 1% compound allitive of licorice root extract by-product,then fattening effect and content of muscular free amino acids was determined in this feeding experiment.The results showed;①The increasing wieght per day can reach to 23.32%-23.59%,feed/meat fell to 10.74%-10.90%.②The crntent of muscular free amino acids increased significantly and the number of free amina acids increased significantly and the mumber of free amino alids of semitendinous muscle is more than that of longissimus muscle of back apparently.
