摘要
简要介绍了板簧变形运动学分析在设计中的应用 ,推演了理想多片钢板弹簧跳动时主片中心位置的详细计算方法 ;并将该方法应用于某种微型厢式货车后板簧系统 ,进一步实现了力学运动关系电算 。
This paper introduces the application of leaf spring kinematics chiefly, and derives the computing method of main leaf center when ideal multi-sheets leaf spring bounces. Then the method is applied to the rear leaf spring of a minivan, and the calculation of load and movement with computer is realized.
