摘要
本文提供板簧变形时相关点运动轨迹的计算方法。阐明了“SAE圆弧”的理论背景与应用范围,给出了试验验证。推导出板簧受制动力而产生扭曲变形时的运动轨迹与扭曲中心的位置,所提供的方法可以用于非对称板簧。也给出了变截面板簧运动轨迹的计算方法。最后简要地讨论了若干应用问题。
This paper presents some analytical methods for analysing kinematic properties of leaf springs. The inference of the 'SAE arch' method andother approximate method are derived on the basis of the ideal leaf spr-ing assumption.To verify the analytical findings some test results are in-troduced.The method is extended to the cases with both vertical and wind-ing deformations, and a simple way to determine the 'winding center'is introduced. A general method for the kinematic analysis of varying-section asymmetrical springs is presented, and some application casesare briefly discussed.
