摘要
论述“WWW”设计模式和切削数据库与专家系统的结构。该系统功能模块相互独立 ,便于维护 ,通过网络利用浏览器访问数据库实现对系统的操作。实现了切削数据的维护、加工过程的优化、故障诊断等专家系统的各项功能。本数据库的具体内容包括 :关于刀具材料、工件材料及机床的信息 ;切削用量的优化和推荐数据 ;故障诊断 ;刀具材料正确选用的专家系统 ;等等。
The structure of cutting database and WWW design model are discussed in this paper.The features of this system are as following:independent function modular,easy to maintain,and with the remote control of database system.This system can finish some expert systems function,such as maintaining the cutting data,optimizing cutting process and detecting malfunction.The concrete content of this cutting database includes:the information of workpiece materials,cutting tool materials and machine tools;the optimization and recommendation data of cutting regimes;the malfunction diagnosis of cutting processing;the expert system of proper selecting of cutting tool materials;etc.
