摘要
本文通过高温金相仪 HM-4142对145Mnll 和120Mn12Nb(吹 N_2)在15~20℃/min 的加热和约500℃/min 的冷却过程中表面显微组织的变化进行了连续观察,并与层磨后的组织作了对比。对硬相的溶解和析出及加热过程中伴生的浮凸、空洞、晶粒长大等现象进行了分析并提出了新见解。
In this paper,the surface microstucture changes of 145Mnlland 120Mn12Nb steels during heating at rate of 15~20℃/min,and cooling atapproximate rate of 500℃/min were surveyed continuously by the high tempe-rature microscope HM-4142,and then compared with the layer by layer poli-shed structure of same sample.These phenomena were analyzed on carbidessolution and precipatation,relief holes,grain growth during heating andcooling.Finally a few new views were suggested.
