摘要
介绍了高锰钢辙叉与U71Mn钢轨加介质闪光焊接,通过整轨焊接接头的静弯、落锤、疲劳和常规力学性能试验及金相、X射线衍射和透射电镜等分析手段,对焊接接头性能及组织进行研究,同时对焊接接头残余应力进行测试,结果表明,利用加介质方法将高锰钢辙叉和碳钢钢轨进行闪光焊接是可行的。
The flash welding of high-manganese steel crossing and high-carbon steel rail with a medium is introduced. The mechanical properties and the microstructure of welding junction are studied by means of static bending,dropping hammer and tension tests of whole rail, and metallographic,X-ray diffraction and electron microscope. At the same time,the residual stress of the welding joint is measured by using cutting method. The results indicate that the welding of high manganese steel crossing and carbon steel rail with the medium is feasible.
