The Plasma Carburizing with 50 Hz A. C.

摘要 作者采用工频交流辉光离子轰击方法.采用煤气和氢气混合气对20钢、20Cr2Ni4A钢进行渗碳处理。结果表明,工频交流离子渗碳是一种简便易行的渗碳方法,使用该方法获得的渗碳层的组织结构以及工艺参数对渗层深度的影响基本上与直流离子渗碳相同。 Authors use the 50Hz A. C. glow discharge for carburizing of steel 20 and 20Cr2Ni4A in the mixture gases of C_8H_8 and H_2. The results showed that 50Hz A. C. plasma carburizing is a simple process. Its microstructure of the carburized layer and the effects of the technique parameters on the depth of carburized layer are similar to that of D. C. plasma carburizing.
