摘要
分析了工频交流方波焊接电源在负载电流不对称时的工作状况,从理论上分析了此时变压器原端电流较负载电流对称时增加的原因,并给出了定量的数学关系.实验结果证实了这一分析的正确性.
Working state of unsymmetrical load current of secondary coil for a mains - frequency AC square wave welding power source is analyzed. The reason for the increasing of primary current is investigated theoretically as compared with the working state of symmetrical load current, a mathematic equation is given. The reasonableness of this analysis is proved by the experimental result.
