摘要
本文研究了稀土元素对离子渗氮层的影响。结果表明、稀土元素对离子渗氮具有很强的催渗作用,5Cr21Mn9Ni4N不锈钢和38CrMoAl钢用加稀土离子渗氮可提高渗速30%以上,而且稀土元素可渗入钢表层,从而起到微合金化作用。
This paper deals with the effect of RE on the ionicnitriding layer. The results showed that the catalytic effect of RE is very strong on the proc ess of the ionic nitriding. The rates of ion ic nitriding of the 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N and 38CrMoAl steels are increased more than 30%. And RE can permeate into the surface layer of steels therefore produce the effect of micro-alloying.
