摘要
本文提出了在直流电场作用下一次枝晶间距Z_1和最初形成的二次枝晶间距Z_(20)的理论表达式,并在定向凝固条件下用Sn—12%Bi合金进行了实验验证。实验与理论得到了定性的吻合。对Z_1,理论值比实验值大一些,对Z_(20),理论值则比实验值小一些。分析表明,这是由于所选物性值不准确造成的。
In this paper, the theoretical formulae of primary arm spacing z_1 and the initial secondary arm spacing z_(20) were proposed with the consideration of the effect of direct electric field. To verify the formulae the experiments were carried out for Sn—12wt%Bi alloy under the unidirectional solidification condition. The experimental value exhibits the same tendency as the theory value. But for z_1 the fomer are a little smaller than the latter; for z_(20), the former are a little bigger than the latter. The reason for this is that the selected physical property values of the alloy are not precise.
