摘要
本文通过断口分析、扫描电镜观察、服役前后透射电镜观察比较和残余奥氏体(AR)测定,对M-B复相处理9SiCr制钉模脆性断裂机理进行了研究。结果表明:脆性断裂本质上属回火脆,服役时应力诱发AR转变为M加剧了这种脆性。由此,为确定低合金工具钢M-B复相处理应用范围,为改进工艺提供了依据。
The fracture behaviour of 9SiCr steel was studied by means of TEM and SEM The brittle fracture mechanism of 9SiCr rail die traated by M-B dual phase process was discussed It was shown that the brittle fracture belongs to tempered brittleness, The brittlaness wolud be increased when the retained austenite was stress-induce transformed into martensite.
