摘要
对CrWMn钢实现超塑性的预处理工艺及变形条件的试验结果表明。以840℃淬10%盐水(循环三次)并进行中间回火的预处理工艺,在720℃, ε。=2×10~4s^(-1)的条件下拉伸,可获得最佳的效果,δ=804%,流动应力仅4.51MN/m^2变形加剧了第二相(碳化物)颗粒的聚集、长大,从而加剧了基体晶粒的长大。而应变速率对第二相粒子的长大速率及形态有明显的影响。
The result from studying on the pre-treating and deforming condition of CrWMn super plastic steel shows that the specimen after pre-treatment (840℃ quenching at 10% salt-water through three times added with internal tempering) was best plasticity at the test condition of 720、℃ ε=2×10^(-4)(?)^(-1), its property is δ=804% and flow stress is 4.51MN/m^2. The deformation promots the aggregation and growing of secondary phase (carbids); then promots the growing of basal crystal. Research work shows that the rate of deformation is the obviously factor to the rate of growing and figuration of secondary cementite.
