摘要
选用PbS红外探测器作为熔透传感器以测量焊缝背面受热区光电熔透信号,采用固定点控制焊接电流脉冲宽度的控制方案,组成钢和铝TIG焊熔透适应系统,这种控制系统能够获得均匀熔透的薄板TIG焊焊缝。
By choosing PbS infrared probe as a penetration transmitter to measure the light-electric penetration signal from the back face hot zone of weld, and by using the control plan which controls the pulse width of welding current during welding on fixed spots, the penetration adaptive control systam for steel and aluminum TIG welding is developed. This control system facilitates TIG weld penetration of thin plates.
