摘要
对钢样在惰气熔融过程中氧的释放机理进行了探讨。根据钢样表面氧和体内氧分解温度的差异,通过实验设置合适的仪器分析升温方式,确定了分步阶梯式升温程序,实现了表面氧和体内氧的分离和分别测定,提高了薄板、超薄板等钢样中体内氧即真实氧含量的分析准确度。
The oxygen's releasing mechanism in the process of inert gas fusing for iron and steel samples was investigated in this paper. According to the difference of decomposition temperature between surface oxygen and inner oxygen, the step by step ascending temperature programme was confirmed by adopting appropriate appearance. The results showed that, separation and respective determination of surface oxygen and inner oxygen was feasible. In addition, the analyzing accuracy of inner oxygen for sheet and superthin sheet and so on steel samples had been improved.
