摘要
介绍了自发喇曼成像技术实时监测流场组分浓度的方法 ,利用 Nd:YAG脉冲激光器以及 ICCD和光谱仪对大气进行了不同实验条件的测试 ,得到了影响谱线强度及测试精度的几个因素 ;得到了大气流场各主要成分的自发喇曼散射光谱和绝对浓度 ,测量误差小于8%。该技术可望在氧碘化学激光器单重态氧发生器物种浓度测定时得以应用以改善 O2 (a1Δ)
A spontaneous Raman imaging system has been described which can monitor the constituents of the flow field in real time. We present the results of the species in the atmosphere with a doubled Nd:YAG laser and a single intensified CCD array at the exit of an imaging spectrograph. The output laser energy and the position of the measurement point affect the accuracy of the measurement. The error is calculated to be less than 8%. The measurement precision of O 2(a 1Δ) concentration will be improved largely when the spontaneous Raman imaging technique is applied to monitor chemical oxygen iodine laser singlet oxygen generator performance.
