哺乳动物中枢神经系统γ-氨基丁酸转运体的研究进展

摘要 γ 氨基丁酸转运体 (GAT)是一种位于突触前膜、神经胶质细胞膜或囊泡膜上的糖蛋白 ,它能高选择性地与突触间隙的γ 氨基丁酸 (GABA)相结合 ,将其转运入细胞内或囊泡内 ,从而终止GABA的抑制性作用 ,进而参与突触间信息传递的调控。本文就国外对哺乳动物中枢神经系统中GAT的研究 ,从GAT的分型、各亚型在中枢神经系统的分布及细胞定位、GAT的结构及功能、GAT表达及功能的调控、GAT异常与癫痫、GAT抑制剂的药理学研究等方面作一概要综述。
