自身免疫性甲状腺疾病与细胞凋亡 被引量：2

摘要 自身免疫性甲状腺疾病细胞凋亡存在异常,桥本甲状腺炎时,甲状腺细胞Ｆａｓ表达增强,诱导细胞凋亡,造成甲状腺组织的损伤。Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病时因Ｆａｓ表达减弱,ｂｃｌ－２表达增强而阻止了凋亡发生,从而造成甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞增生肥大。一些物质可以上调或者下调甲状腺细胞Ｆａｓ表达,因此,可能为自身免疫性甲状腺疾病开拓一条新的治疗途径。
