摘要
目的 提高有口腔感染危险患者护理的效果。方法 近 3年来口腔科住院患者中有感染危险的患者 5 2 6例 ,应用护理程序进行护理 ,通过对患者相关因素进行全面的评估和分析 ,制订出相应的护理目标和计划 ,并严格按要求执行。结果 5 2 6例患者经严格按护理程序护理 ,无 1例发生继发性感染。结论 对于有口腔感染危险的患者采用护理程序进行护理 ,可有效地预防感染的发生 。
Objective\ Improving the nursing effect to the patients in the danger of oral infection.Methods\ The nurse procedure was applied to the 526 cases of the residentant patients in danger of infection in the department of stomatology in nursing work.The relative factors of the patients are analysed and evaluated,and worked out the corresponding objects and plans,then performed those strictly.Results\ According to the respective nurse procedure,no secondary infection occurred consequently.Conclusion\ The application of nurse procedure efficiently prevent the patients in the danger of oral infection from being infected,and it is worth using and spreading in clinical work.
