中空滑动母子钉板治疗股骨颈骨折的生物力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解中空滑动母子钉板(MRP)固定股骨颈骨折的生物力学特性。材料与方法:8具新鲜成人尸体股骨标本,造成股骨颈骨折后分别以MRP、TIP及TGP固定,通过生物力学测试对三种内固定器的力学特性作比较分析。结果:股骨颈骨折以MRP固定后,抗剪切能力,轴向刚度和弯曲刚度明显优于TSP和TGP固定。结论:采用中空滑动母子钉板固定股骨颈骨折,符合生物力学原理,具有良好的推广应用价值。 Objective: To investigate the biomechanical characterestics of complex cannulated sliding compression screw and side-plate in the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Materials and mechods: Femoral neck fractures of eight cadaveric femura caused by a saw were fixed by complex cannulated sliding compression screw and side-plate (MRP), TSP and TGP, respectively. Biomechanical characterestics of three different devices were compared. Results: A fracture of femoral neck with MRP fixation had a higher shear, compression and bending rigidity than TSP and TGP fixation. Conclusion: The application of MRP in the treatment of femoral neck fracture conforms to the biomechanical rationale and has broad prospects in orthopaedic clinic.
