摘要
介绍了襄屯灌区水利工程的进展及成效 ,并指出其不足之处 ,从思想认识、资金落实、工程建设、管理措施诸方面总结了灌区农水配套建设的新思路 ,分析了新思路的优越性 ,同时就新思路、新方法的具体落实提出了几点建议 :即发动群众 ;领导重视 ;严密施工组织、筹资和监理程序等 。
The progress and efficiency of the hydraulic engine ering is introduce d in Xiang irrigated area, the shortages are also pointed out. A new idea on the assorted construction of farm and water in the irrigated area is generalized fr om the aspects of ideology, execution of the funds, project construction, manage ment measures and so on. At the same time, the author analyzes the advantages of the new idea and gives some advice on the specific implement of the new method, that is to say, to mobilize the masses, to draw the leader's attention, to orga nize the construction strictly, to raise funds and execute administration. So a new method for the assorted construction of farm and water is explored.
