摘要
近年来,随着中央对于农业和水利行业的重视,对于水利基础设施建设的投入逐步加大,一大批新建灌区及老灌区的节水改造工程进入实施阶段。黑龙江省在大规模现代粮食生产实践过程中,产生一些新的耕作和灌排方式。随着新材料和新技术的推广和使用,很多新的结构型式被自发地应用到生产实践中。这些新技术、新材料、新措施,值得设计人员学习和借鉴。
In recent years,with the focus of agricultural and water conservancy industry,gradually increase investment in water conservancy and infrastructure construction,a large number of water-saving renovation project of new irrigation area and old irrigation area into the implementation phase.In the large-scale modern food production practices in Heilongjiang Province,new farming and irrigation and drainage are produced.With the promotion and application of new materials and new technologies,many new forms of structure is spontaneously applied to production practice.These new technologies,new materials,new measures,worthy of the designers and learn by designers.
